The Buick LaCrosse keeps getting Better and Better

by Madelyn Miller, the TravelLady

When I was growing up, the theme line for the Buick was "wouldn't you really rather have a Buick?" After driving one for a week, my answer is definitely yes. I was amazed at the admiring glances this car got. Many people came up to me and said how much they loved Buicks.

After my week behind the steering wheel, I certainly understand why.

A day in the Buick LaCrosse was as pampering as spending time at a spa or elegant hotel. It seemed like every need was anticipated and every item was exactly where it needed to be.

And the intelligent personal technologies enhance the driving experience. And you feel secure knowing that the 2010 Buick LaCrosse was named Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IHS) 2009 Top Safety Pick.

Luxury and Maintenance

The car I drove had a carbon black metallic exterior and an ebony interior. Tasteful. Understated. And oh, so sophisticated

The 2010 Buick LaCrosse has little luxuries like an ultrasonic rear park assist, power heated outside rear view mirrors with driver auto-dimming, and fog lamps, front halogen.

I was pleasantly surprised that this luxurious car got an estimated 17 miles per gallon in the city and 27mpg on the highway. That means an estimated annual fuel cost of $1856 based on 15,000 miles at $2.60 per gallon.

What's inside matters even more than outer Beauty

The 2010 Buick LaCrosse has a 3.6 V6 VVT SIDI and a six speed automatic transmission. A pampering heated steering wheel with audio controls and leather plus wood grain. Cyber savvy features like bluetooth for phone, 120V power outlet and a USB port. There is custom interior lighting and a power rear sunshade.

The Buick treats every woman like a lady. There are 8 way power seat adjustments, driver power lumbar adjuster, memory seats and mirrors. A little bit like a date that remembers everything you like and gallantly met all your needs

The 2010 Buick LaCrosse sounds like a good Choice

Music lovers will appreciate the AM/FM/XM Stero, CD, Harman/Kardon 384-Watt 11 -speaker system and XM satellite radio (service sold separately by subscription after 90 days)

And with a sticker price of $33,015.00 the price is music to my ears
